Choose support by problem

Minecraft’s support-routing guide directs players as follows:

• For help creating or accessing a Microsoft account, use the Microsoft-account resources linked from the guide.
• For Minecraft sign-in problems involving an Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo account, contact that platform’s support team directly.
• For game-performance problems, multiplayer or Realms help, downloads, installation, or backups, use Minecraft Technical Support resources.
• Minecraft Player Care handles problems such as a friend being unable to join a Realm, unavailable Marketplace packs included with Realms Plus, and inaccessible Marketplace content that was purchased.
• For subscription changes, refund requests, or unrecognized charges involving Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo, contact the corresponding platform’s support team.

Mojang-account migration has ended

An official Minecraft update states that Mojang-account migration was completed on September 19, 2023. Unmigrated accounts can no longer be migrated.
