Minecraft’s support-routing guide directs players as follows:

For help creating or accessing a Microsoft account, use the Microsoft-account resources linked from the guide.
For Minecraft sign-in problems involving an Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo account, contact that platform’s support team directly.
For game-performance problems, multiplayer or Realms help, downloads, installation, or backups, use Minecraft Technical Support resources.
Minecraft Player Care handles problems such as a friend being unable to join a Realm, unavailable Marketplace packs included with Realms Plus, and inaccessible Marketplace content that was purchased.
