Where should you start?
Use the Minecraft Help Center for support articles and access to Minecraft Support. Minecraft’s support-routing guide directs questions about performance, multiplayer, Realms, downloads, installation, and backups to its technical-support resources.
For sign-in problems involving an Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo account, contact the corresponding platform’s support team. Minecraft also directs subscription changes, refund requests, and unrecognized console charges to the applicable platform support team.
Minecraft Player Care handles specific Realms and Marketplace access problems, including unavailable Marketplace packs supplied through Realms Plus and purchased Marketplace content that cannot be accessed.
Support request, bug report, or feature request?
The Mojang Bug Tracker is for reproducible defects caused by the game’s code. Its guidelines exclude account and payment problems, feature requests, authentication problems, and general connection problems.
Send feature suggestions to Minecraft Feedback. If a problem occurs only on a third-party multiplayer server, contact that server’s staff before filing a bug report.
What about an unmigrated Mojang account?
Mojang-account migration and its grace period ended on December 18, 2023. Minecraft Support no longer assists with migration-related requests.
